Terms of service
These are the terms of service for Live2d model commissions only. Please read carefully before placing your order.By commissioning me, you are accepting the following the terms and conditions.General information- I can take up to three months to complete your commission. If you need your model to be completed by a specific time frame, please let me know beforehand. (Rush fee might be applied)
- I'm willing to fix any problem in my model that might make difficult the rigger's job.
- You get full streaming rights. For commercial rights (merch, prints, etc.) email me first for the right quotation.
- After the model is finished, only very minor revisions are allowed. Major revisions will be charged extra.Conditions- I will not draw R18 or explicit content. In order to offer a quality product, I refrain from drawing the following content: furry, mecha and robots, heavy armor and guns.
- I reserve the right to decline any request that I considered disrespectful, or I feel uncomfortable with.
- Reselling of the model without my permission is forbidden.
- Do not edit and claim the artwork as yours.Payment- Prices are listed in USD.
- Payment will be made through Paypal invoice. The invoice must be paid within a week, otherwise the commission request will be cancelled.
- Half payment is required before I start your commission, and the model will not be sent until full payment is deposited.RefundsRefunds will be only issued if:
- The commissioner cancels their order while I'm sketching it. In this case, 50% of the total price of the commission will be refunded. If you made a half deposit upfront, no money will be refunded.
- I'm unable to finish your commission for whatever reason. In this case, I'll refund 100% of the commission.
- No refund will be issued if the commissioner decides to cancel their order past the sketch process.Process1- Please fill out the application form below, and provide full references of your character.2- If you are granted a slot, I will contact you within a week via email. Please note that slots are not first-come first-served.3- I will discuss with you about the design and any other details I should keep in mind. After that, I will give you a quotation.4- If you agree with the price, I’ll send you an invoice via Paypal. Once the deposit is done, I'll start working on your model.5- I'll send you a colored sketch. You are free to do as many changes as you need at this instance. Once the sketch is approved, I'll continue with the process. You are free to ask for updates whenever you want.6- I'll get back to you once your commission is finished, and I'll send you a download link with your files once the full payment is completed. You can ask for small revisions, but bigger revisions or edits after the completion of the model will be charged extra.To apply, please fill the provided form. Any other way of application through any other platform will be ignored.

General Information- All the listed information and prices applies for a digital item for Personal Use only.
- Complex designs and outfit designs might be charged extra.
- All commissions include a simple, solid or transparent background. Complex backgrounds may increase the price.
- Chibi commissions can take from one week up to one month to be done. Bigger pieces can take up to three months to be completed.
- A waitlist might be created if I receive many requests. While I will do my best to finish commissions as soon as possible, please keep in mind I could take months to get back to you to accept your request.Conditions- I will not draw R18 or explicit content.
- In order to offer a quality product, I refrain from drawing the following content: People from real life (negotiable), animals (small animals like cats, dogs, bunnies and birds are ok), furry, mecha and robots.
- I reserve the right to decline any request that I find disrespectful, or I feel uncomfortable with.Copyright/ Usage PolicyBy commissioning me, I hold the copyright to the art created, allowing you to only use it for Personal Use.The commissioned illustration can be used for Personal Use only, allowing you to:
- Use the illustration as your icon, header, background on social media. (Credit is not required, but appreciated)
- Use the illustration as your background on personal devices.
- Share the illustration on your social media. (Credit is not required, but appreciated)
- Print the illustration for personal use only.By commissioning me, you are not allowed to:
- Use the illustration for commercial purposes.
- Modify or trace the commissioned illustration.
- Take credit for the illustration.The commissioned illustration may be used to promote my work on social media.By commissioning me, you accept the terms and conditions mentioned above.
How to order

Please DO NOT DM your form via any other social media, otherwise it will get ignored.
After sending the form1- Please wait until I email you accepting your request. In the email, I will state if I am either taking your commission at the moment or adding you to the waitlist.2- When I get back to you, I will give you a quotation for your commission. If you accept it, I will send you an invoice via Paypal. You will have 48hs to pay the invoice, otherwise the commission will be cancelled.3- Once the deposit is done, I will start sketching your commission.4- l will send you the sketch once it's done. At this instance, you can make any changes you want.
